Job Title: IT Recruiter Talent Engagement Specialist (15 Years Experience) Location : Lucknow, India Job Type : Full-Time | [On-Site] Department : Talent Acquisition / Human Resources Industry : IT / Software / Recruitment Job Summary We are hiring a driven and communicative IT Recruiter based in Lucknow to lead full-cycle technical hiring with a strong emphasis on talent engagement and candidate experience . The ideal candidate will have 1–5 years of experience in recruiting for tech roles and maintaining long-term candidate relationships. This role demands both strategic thinking and a people-first mindset. Key Responsibilities Technical Recruitment Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and build hiring strategies Source, screen, and assess candidates for roles Coordinate and manage interviews, feedback collection, and offer rollouts Ensure timely closure of open positions with high-quality candidates Talent Engagement Build a strong candidate relationship pipeline for current and future requirements Engage with passive candidates via email, LinkedIn, and follow-ups Deliver an exceptional candidate experience with consistent, transparent communication Develop content or engagement campaigns to improve candidate retention and recall Reporting & Collaboration Track recruitment metrics like source effectiveness Collaborate with HR, onboarding teams, and technical panels to streamline hiring workflows Stay updated on tech hiring trends, tools, and competitive benchmarks Required Qualifications & Skills 1–5 years of hands-on experience in IT/technical recruitment Strong understanding of software/tech job profiles and hiring needs Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience with LinkedIn sourcing, and job portals (e.g., Naukri, Monster, etc.) Strong organizational, coordination, and multi-tasking abilities Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Exposure to talent engagement programs or recruitment marketing Knowledge of recruitment in product-based or startup companies Certifications in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or LinkedIn Talent Solutions
