You are seeking a responsible Project Coordinator with 2 to 5 years of experience to manage and coordinate various projects, ranging from simple tasks to more intricate plans. As a Project Coordinator, you will collaborate closely with the Project Manager to develop detailed action plans encompassing resources, timelines, and budgets. Your key responsibilities will involve coordinating project schedules, resources, and information, liaising with clients to understand project requirements, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Your role will also include breaking down projects into manageable tasks, assigning responsibilities to internal teams, assisting in budget preparation, analyzing risks and opportunities, overseeing project procurement, monitoring project progress, and resolving any issues that may arise. You will serve as the primary point of contact for project communication, ensuring all participants are informed about the project status. Furthermore, you will work with the Project Manager to address any blockers and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports. To excel in this role, you must possess proven experience as a Project Coordinator or in a similar position, demonstrate proficiency in project management from conception to delivery, exhibit strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management abilities, and showcase excellent client-facing and teamwork skills. Additionally, familiarity with risk management, quality assurance control, and proficiency in tools like Microsoft Project and Microsoft Planner are essential for this role. A Techno Functional Degree such as BBA, MBA, BCA, MCA, B.Tech, or M.Tech is a mandatory educational requirement for this position.,
