IT Team Leader

As the IT Infrastructure Lead, you will be responsible for spearheading the design, implementation, and maintenance of our organization's IT infrastructure. Your primary focus will be to oversee a team of IT professionals, ensuring that systems are not only reliable and efficient but also in alignment with our business objectives. Your expertise in Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of IT infrastructure, as well as client management, will be pivotal for success in this role. Your key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring the IT team, devising and executing IT infrastructure strategies, guaranteeing the security and scalability of IT systems, supervising hardware, software, and network deployments, managing O&M activities to uphold system reliability and uptime, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams, nurturing client relationships to uphold high levels of client satisfaction, and effectively prioritizing and managing IT projects. To qualify for this role, you must possess a Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field, along with 3-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a leadership capacity. Your technical prowess in network design and cloud services, coupled with your hands-on experience in O&M of IT infrastructure, will be critical. Additionally, your proven track record in client management and relationship building, as well as your exceptional project management and leadership skills, will set you apart.
