IT Team Leader

You will be responsible for overseeing the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT systems, including servers, networks, and storage. You will develop and manage IT infrastructure projects from inception to completion, ensuring system uptime and reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance. Managing the IT budget to ensure cost-effective solutions will be a key part of your role. You will also be required to implement and maintain cybersecurity measures to protect digital assets and lead and mentor a team of IT professionals. Collaborating with other departments to support business initiatives and technology needs will be essential. Regular reviews and updates of IT policies and procedures are also part of the job responsibilities. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field with at least 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management. You must have proven experience in network and server management, a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and best practices, as well as leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem-solving and project management skills are also required.
