Role Overview

IT Head / Team Lead

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage development, QA, and DevOps teams, including recruitment, task allocation, and performance management.
  • Take full ownership of project delivery — from requirement gathering to release and maintenance.
  • Design and review scalable, secure .NET-based architectures and ensure code quality through regular reviews.
  • Oversee CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and infrastructure security.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to align IT objectives with organizational goals.
  • Implement process improvements, automation, and DevOps best practices.
  • Monitor performance metrics (delivery timelines, sprint velocity, defect rates, uptime).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science / IT or equivalent.
  • 8+ years in software development and IT management.
  • Strong hands-on experience in

    .NET / .NET Core / C# / ASP.NET MVC / Web API

    .
  • Proficiency in

    SQL Server

    , database optimization, and API development.
  • Hands-on experience with

    Git, CI/CD tools, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)

    .
  • Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) and

    Agile/Scrum

    practices.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with

    microservices architecture

    and

    Entity Framework / ORM tools

  • Strong debugging and performance tuning capabilities.
  • Familiarity with

    security standards

    (OWASP, OAuth, JWT, SSL).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
