IT Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as partner with a sub-group within function or BU, or with a smaller country/site
• provides support services to GIS customers for IT infrastructure function. Adheres to service management processes and procedures to meet customer service level agreements and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Anayzes, schedules and carries out updates to the IT infrastructure which includes patching, upgrades and regular scheduled maintenance.
• Executes complex changes while following standard operating procedures and change management policies.
• completes root cause analysis of outages or incident trends. Recommends preventative actions.
• Responsible for handling escalations for incidents, outages for IT infrastructure function.

• Demonstrates conceptual and practical expertise in own discipline and basic knowledge of related disciplines

• Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market

Microsoft Sqlserver DBA and Cloud DB's Admin:

1. Good Communication Skills
2. Effective in working with Business Users and with Vendors like Microsoft3. Good Hands on experience in Administration of Microsoft Sqlserver Databases4. proficient in Managing IAAS and PAAS Sqlserver Databases5. Efficient in designing Backup and Recovery for cloud DB's and Sqlserver DB's6. Fixing Application Team Performance issues7. License Management -- Sqlserver
