Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Atlassian Systems Administrator to oversee our Atlassian suite, including Confluence, Jira Software, and Jira Service Management. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders to automate processes, maintain system documentation, customize workflows, and enhance the utility of Atlassian tools within our business processes. This role requires a deep understanding of Atlassian products, the ability to customize and integrate systems, and to provide technical support and training to end-users.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and provide technical support for Atlassian product suite.
  • Design and implement automation rules, scripts, and customize workflows for business efficiency.
  • Set up, configure, and maintain dashboards and reports for project visibility.
  • Evaluate, implement plugins, and integrate systems to extend functionality.
  • Offer guidance and training to end-users, improving their application usage aligned with business operations.

Must-Have Skills

  • Expertise in Jira and Confluence administration and customization.
  • Experience with Atlassian Marketplace applications and plugins.
  • Strong analytical skills with business analytics tools (e.g., EazyBI, PowerBI).

Domain Experience Required

  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management workflows is vital for this position.
