Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled IT Infrastructure Engineer with 6 months to 1 year of experience to manage and support IT infrastructure across multiple branch locations. The role includes responsibilities related to systems, networks, hardware, surveillance, and classroom tech in an EdTech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Server setup and management, system monitoring, basic Linux/Windows administrationLAN/Wi-Fi setup, router/switch/firewall configuration, VPN supportCCTV camera installation, NVR/DVR configuration, remote access setupLaptop/desktop issuance, software installations, troubleshooting hardware/software issuesWebsite/portal hosting, domain and SSL management, basic web deploymentAntivirus setup, user access control, basic IT security enforcementGSuite, Zoom, GitLab, Zoho Mail support, internal tool maintenanceBackup scheduling, basic disaster recovery setup, restore operationsHardware/software documentation, asset tracking, license managementClassroom tech support, projector and audio setup, trainer system assistanceCoordinate IT support for other branches, occasional on-site visits if required
Requirements:
6 months to 1 year of relevant IT support or infrastructure experienceDiploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related fieldGood hands-on troubleshooting skills and familiarity with basic toolsWilling to work from office full-time and support remote branches as needed
