IT Support Specialist

Job Description

Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues. Manage and maintain Microsoft Intune for device management and application deployment. Onboard and offboard employees, ensuring seamless access to IT resources. Manage relationships with IT vendors, ensuring timely and cost-effective service delivery. Perform server patching and maintenance on VMware and Nutanix environments. Monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure on AWS and Azure. Manage user accounts and permissions in Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). Contribute to the development and maintenance of IT documentation. Participate in IT projects and initiatives as needed. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise 4-5 years of experience in IT support, with a focus on Level 1 and Level 2 support. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and mobile device management. Experience in user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account management and access provisioning. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS and Azure). Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware and Nutanix). Proven ability to manage IT vendors. Solid understanding of networking concepts and protocols. Experience with conference room A/V equipment maintenance and troubleshooting. Asset management experience, including tracking, inventory control, and vendor coordination. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, AWS, VMware). Experience with scripting or automation tools. Experience in the SaaS industry. 4-5 years of experience in IT support, hardware/software management, and Windows patching, with strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux environments.
