Job Description

Job Summary:

IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Provide
technical support
to employees via phone, email, chat, or in person.
Diagnose and resolve
hardware, software, and network-related issues
promptly.
Install, configure, and maintain
computers, printers, mobile devices, and peripherals
.
Manage
user accounts, permissions, and access control
through Active Directory or similar systems.
Monitor and troubleshoot
network connectivity, VPN, and Wi-Fi
issues.
Support the installation and maintenance of
operating systems and software applications
.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

Relevant certifications such as
CompTIA A+, Network+, Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
, or
ITIL Foundation
.
Experience with
endpoint management tools
(e.g., Intune, Jamf, SCCM).
Familiarity with
remote desktop support tools
(TeamViewer, AnyDesk, etc.).
Understanding of
cybersecurity best practices
and
data protection
.
Knowledge of
cloud environments
(AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
