Overview

IT Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities

Provide
on-site IT support
for employees at both Pune and Mumbai office locations, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
Assist in setting up and maintaining
office IT infrastructure
, including workstations, printers, network devices, and other peripherals.
Handle
laptop troubleshooting, repairs, OS reinstallations, and hardware upgrades
to ensure seamless operations.
Support
remote team members
when needed, coordinating with our on-demand IT consultant.
Manage
IT inventory
, ensuring timely procurement, allocation, and maintenance of hardware and accessories.
Coordinate with
IT vendors
for laptop rentals, procurement, repairs, and IT services.
Support and manage
SaaS tools
used across the organization, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, Zoho, and Microsoft 365 platform-related tools and services.
Ensure
security best practices
are followed for device management and company data protection.
Document
troubleshooting steps, common fixes, and IT procedures
for internal reference.
Travel to Mumbai office
as required to provide on-site support.

Requirements

5+ years of relevant experience
in IT support, preferably in an in-office environment.
Strong troubleshooting skills for
Windows, macOS, and Linux
operating systems.
Experience managing
IT hardware, software, and peripherals
effectively.
Familiarity with
SaaS tools and cloud-based IT environments
.
Ability to coordinate with
vendors and manage IT procurement
.
Excellent communication skills
to collaborate with U.S. teams.
Willingness to travel
between office locations as needed.
