Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior IT Support Specialist to manage and enhance our IT infrastructure. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Shillong, Meghalaya, ideal for someone who can take initiative, lead IT operations, and ensure smooth technical functioning across departments. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain all IT systems, including servers, networks, and workstations. Provide senior-level support for complex technical issues, ensuring minimal downtime. Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols and ensure data protection. Lead IT-related projects and upgrades across the company. Perform routine system maintenance, backups, and recovery. Train and support staff on IT tools and best practices. Maintain up-to-date documentation of all IT assets and procedures. Coordinate with third-party service providers and vendors when necessary. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or system administration. Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac OS systems. Proficient in network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN), firewalls, routers, and VPNs. Experience with server maintenance, cloud services, and data backup solutions. Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
