The IT Support Specialist, Senior will provide technical expertise in supporting End Users hardware, software and AV requirements such as laptop hardware, general application support and execution of Audio Visual operations and support at Infor. He will act as the subject matter expert in performing problem resolution, proper routing and escalation of problems within the IT organization and in general a contribution to the successful use of Information Technology.
Basic Qualifictaion: * Graduated in Information Technology/Computer Science * 5-8 years of IT Support experience on Laptops, desktops, and AV equipment * Good Knowledge and experience of Windows 10, Windows 11 and Mac OS. * Installing & Supporting printers * Seasoned and experienced of network architectures and data communication protocols including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English) * Strong problem solving and analytical skills * Strong interpersonal skills, must be able to interact with personnel in multiple business roles * Excellent customer service Preferred Qualifications: * Certifications: CompTIA A /N , Microsoft (MCSA/MCP), Apple ACSP, ITIL Foundation. * Experience supporting hybrid (remote in-office) workforce environments. * Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python) for automation. * Familiarity with ITIL processes and asset management tools. * Seasoned, Expert or Experienced to Windows Server, Office 365, Adobe, and general enterprise applications.
