Job Title: IT Support Company: Healthymaster Location: Bengaluru Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary Healthymaster is seeking a skilled and reliable IT Support professional who can handle laptop, desktop, and mobile device repairs along with basic IT troubleshooting. The ideal candidate should be technically strong, proactive, and able to manage day-to-day hardware and software issues efficiently. Key Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hardware issues in laptops, desktops, and mobile phones. Troubleshoot software problems, perform OS installations, formatting, updates, and basic networking tasks. Replace/repair components such as screens, batteries, keyboards, motherboards, and other parts. Maintain detailed records of repairs, part replacements, and service status. Perform regular system checks and ensure devices run efficiently. Manage tools, accessories, and spare parts inventory. Provide technical support to employees for system issues, connectivity, and basic IT queries. Ensure timely completion of repair and support tasks. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in laptop/mobile repair or IT support. Strong knowledge of hardware troubleshooting and software diagnosis. Familiarity with Windows OS, Android basics, and basic networking. Chip-level repair knowledge is an added advantage. Good communication and problem-solving skills. Education ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Computer Hardware, or related field. Certifications in hardware or IT support are a plus. Salary ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience & skills) Working Hours 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
