About the Role

IT Support Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Provide

  day-to-day IT support

  for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Assist with

  user onboarding/offboarding

  , email creation, account setup, and access management.
• Troubleshoot issues related to the

  network, Wi-Fi, VPN, printers

  , and other office devices.
• Support in managing

  Google Workspace / Microsoft 365

  accounts.
• Help with

  installation, configuration, and updates

  of software and tools.
• Maintain IT inventory: laptops, accessories, licenses, and asset tracking.
• Assist with

  basic security checks

  , MDM (Mobile Device Management), and compliance tasks.
• Document processes, update logs, and track incidents/tickets.
• Collaborate with the IT team on

  new project deployments, automation, and improvements

  .

What We’re Looking For

• Passionate, enthusiastic individuals who love technology and problem-solving.
• Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows/macOS/Linux).
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (IP, routers, switches, firewalls) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, or any IT admin panel is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to support non-technical users.
• Eagerness to work in a dynamic, fast-changing

Eligibility & Requirements

• Recently completed a degree/diploma in

  Computer Science, IT, Electronics

  , or related fields.
• Available for a minimum

  6-month internship
