Job Description

As a Support Officer, your role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely customer feedback, and supporting the roll-out of new applications. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining software and mobile applications, diagnosing and repairing faults, and communicating with showroom staff to address their problems promptly. Moreover, you will need to follow up with software vendors to ensure swift issue resolution, provide procedural documentation, and handle multiple cases simultaneously. Key Responsibilities: - Testing and evaluating new technologies - Resolving IT support requests from employees - Answering queries related to software usage - Analyzing data to diagnose software problems - Changing configurations, settings, and permissions for users - Generating sign-ins for new hires during onboarding - Updating software versions - Keeping employees informed about the status of their service requests You will also be required to log all service requests, update tickets as necessary, maintain application and system software up to date, create an audit trail of configuration tasks, backup and restore operations, and perform file restore operations when needed. Your contributions will be essential in ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems and providing efficient technical support to the organization.,
