As a Support Officer, your role involves troubleshooting technical issues, providing timely customer feedback, and supporting the roll-out of new applications. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining software and mobile applications, diagnosing and repairing faults, and communicating with showroom staff to address their problems promptly. Additionally, your duties will include following up with software vendors for issue resolution, providing procedural documentation, and effectively managing multiple cases at once.
