Role Overview: As a Performance Test Engineer at our Portland-based SaaS product company, your primary responsibility will be to test application performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and collaborate with developers to implement solutions. You will also be involved in installing necessary software applications, managing and monitoring systems and infrastructure, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and writing custom scripts for system efficiency and automation. Additionally, you will provide support for MAC and PC, following established software installation protocols, and offer Helpdesk and Remote Desktop support as needed. Key Responsibilities: - Test application performance, identify bottlenecks, and work with developers on solutions. - Install software applications for employee use. - Manage and monitor all systems and infrastructure. - Diagnose, resolve, and document technical issues. - Write and maintain custom scripts for system efficiency and automation. - Provide support for MAC and PC, following software installation protocols. - Offer Helpdesk and Remote Desktop support. Qualifications Required: - Knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking. - Passion for learning and sharing the latest technology trends. - Quick learner in an agile-start-up environment. - Strong oral and written communication skills. - Willingness to work night shifts. - 0 to 2 years of experience. - Qualification: BE/ BTech/ BCA/ BSc/ any PG degree.,
