Job Description

Viable Outsource Solution is looking for a proactive IT Support Executive to manage and maintain IT infrastructure, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure seamless system and network operations. We are looking for a candidate for a long-term association who is committed to growing with the company. Location: Sector 63, Noida | Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Candidate should be Flexible in timings as per requirement) Vacancies: 2 (Junior & Senior Role) Key Responsibilities: Provide IT and technical support to employees. Manage and troubleshoot computer systems, networks, and hardware. Install and configure operating systems, routers, and security tools. Oversee network access, IP management, and biometric systems. Coordinate with vendors and ISPs for maintenance and connectivity. Requirements: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. 0.5–3 years of experience in IT support or system administration. Hands-on knowledge of LAN/WAN, routers, operating systems, and diagnostic tools. Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities. Flexibility to work in different shifts occasionally as needed.
