As a Support Technician, you will be providing L1 support to users in the office and those working remotely. Your responsibilities will include handling IT project activities, monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, troubleshooting system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults, and replacing parts as required. It is crucial for you to adhere to IT processes and policies in your daily support tasks. - Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products. - Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues. - Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software. - Providing step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal. Your qualifications should consist of a diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant field.
