We are now looking for a proactive and skilled IT Support Executive to lead our Jaji’s Head Office, Polayathodu.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues across all outlets.
• Support users in resolving email, internet, and application-related problems.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for system repairs and upgrades.
• Ensure data backup, antivirus updates, and system security.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets and update records regularly.
• Support CCTV systems, POS machines, and biometric attendance devices.
• Assist in setting up new systems and network connections for new outlets.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in IT support or technical helpdesk.
• Good knowledge of Windows, MS Office, networking, and hardware maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of CCTV, routers, and LAN/Wi-Fi setup.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to outlets when required.
