IT Support Executive

You will be responsible for providing software support as a Software Support Executive at the leading IT Company. As a part of the Client Delivery or Client Monitoring Team at iDentixweb Pvt. Ltd., you will offer comprehensive internal and external implementation support. Your duties will include providing customer support through live chat, calls, emails, and remote sessions, conducting product training for clients, and ensuring 100% customer satisfaction. To excel in this role, you should possess knowledge of email systems, web applications, and e-commerce platforms. Your responsibilities will also involve identifying and resolving technical issues, managing a ticketed query system, and providing technical assistance to clients as needed. You should be self-motivated, willing to work in rotational shifts and overtime, and exhibit a keen interest in continuous learning and self-improvement. Furthermore, you will be expected to maintain high availability, conduct troubleshooting, collect customer feedback, and focus on customer satisfaction and retention. Keeping accurate records of your work and ensuring timely resolution of queries will be crucial aspects of your role. As an IT Support Executive, you must have strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Additionally, familiarity with HTML, CSS, and Javascript will be advantageous for this position.,
