Summary:

We are seeking an

IT Support Executive

with hands-on experience in Windows OS upgrades, system formatting, and MS Office troubleshooting. The role includes managing

BitLocker encryption

, performing

basic network troubleshooting

, assisting with

Intune enrolment

MFA setup

, and

Active Directory user management

. Candidates should also possess strong

call handling skills

, excellent communication, flexibility to work from any location, and a basic understanding of vulnerability management and endpoint security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Upgrade systems from Windows 10 to Windows 11• Perform OS formatting and installations, printer configurations.• Troubleshoot MS Office issues• Configure and manage BitLocker encryption• Assist with Intune and MFA setup• Perform basic network troubleshooting• Manage Active Directory users and permissions• Handle IT support calls professionally and efficiently• Log, track, and resolve incidents using the ITSM ticketing system.• Manage system vulnerabilities• Communicate effectively with end-users• Flexible to work from any location in Bangalore

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and MS Office• Familiarity with BitLocker, Intune, MFA, and Active Directory• Basic IT security and networking awareness• Good communication and call handling skills•

Diploma/Graduate in IT or related field

IT Operations & Maintenance

• Support patching, updates, and routine IT maintenance tasks.• Monitor system alerts and escalate issues when needed.• Create and update IT documentation, FAQs, and knowledgebase articles.
