IT Support Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up employee desktops, configuring devices, and providing first-level IT support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage corporate email accounts for employees.
• Set up new employee desktops/laptops, including installation of necessary software and security configurations.
• Configure and maintain IT peripherals such as cameras, printers, scanners, and other devices.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, providing timely resolution.
• Assist employees with login, network access, and system permissions.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure proper functioning of all devices.
• Document IT procedures, updates, and solutions for internal reference.
• Support IT projects and upgrades as assigned by the IT Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in IT support, helpdesk, or related role.
• Basic knowledge of Windows/Mac OS, networking, and office software.
• Familiarity with hardware setup and peripheral devices (webcams, printers, scanners, etc.).
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
