Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software issues. Assist in setting up and maintaining desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and ensure seamless IT infrastructure operations. Monitor and manage IT resources, including AV systems and conference rooms. Respond to and resolve IT support tickets using ServiceNow or similar tools. Document technical procedures and update manuals as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement IT projects and process improvements. Requirements: Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field. Basic knowledge of Windows 10, Microsoft Office Suite, and hardware troubleshooting. Familiarity with IT Service Management ( ITSM ) tools like ServiceNow (preferred). Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Certification in ITIL or willingness to obtain within 12 months. Ability to work both independently and within a team.
