IT Support Engineer

Role Overview: As an IT Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include managing user accounts and information, assisting with forget password recovery, identifying and troubleshooting software and hardware issues, configuring security protocols and network settings, handling LAN and Remote Desktop tasks, and performing system installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting. You will also be responsible for inventory management, training employees on IT policies, conducting regular backups and data recovery, and completing any other tasks assigned by the management. Key Responsibilities: - Manage user accounts and information - Assist with forget password recovery - Identify and troubleshoot software and hardware issues - Configure security protocols and network settings - Handle LAN, Remote Desktop, user creation/deletion, user permission, and Active Directory tasks - Perform system installations, upgrades, and troubleshooting - Manage inventory efficiently - Conduct regular backups and restore information - Recover deleted data - Train employees on IT policies - Complete any other tasks assigned by management Qualifications Required: - Minimum B.Tech. (CSE) / BCA / Graduate with Computer Hardware and Networking - Minimum 2 years of experience with good knowledge of Microsoft Excel Additional Company Details: The company offers benefits like leave encashment, paid time off, and Provident Fund.
