Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Provide technical support to end users through phone, email, or in-person visits.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues using various tools and techniques.
Manage tickets from creation to resolution, ensuring timely closure of incidents.
Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex technical issues that require escalation.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as patch management, antivirus updates, and disk space monitoring.

Desired Candidate Profile

4-6 years of experience in IT support engineering or related field.
B.Tech/B.E. degree in Any Specialization (Mandatory).
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP protocols.
Proficiency in ticket management systems like ServiceNow or similar tools.
