Job Description

Provide
remote desktop and server support
for users across multiple domains.
Manage and maintain
SCCM infrastructure
including deployment, patch management, and reporting.
Perform
software distribution, OS deployment, and endpoint compliance management
using SCCM.
Monitor and troubleshoot SCCM client health, distribution points, and task sequences.
Manage
Active Directory (AD)
objects including user accounts, groups, organizational units, and group policies.
Handle
domain join issues, authentication errors, and access rights management
.
Apply
Windows updates, patching, and configuration baselines
via SCCM.
Collaborate with network, security, and server teams for escalated issues.
Generate reports on software/hardware inventory and compliance using SCCM.
Maintain strong documentation for procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
Provide
L2/L3 remote support
for system-related incidents and service requests.

Required Skills and Experience:

4+ years of experience in
remote IT support, system administration, or desktop engineering
.
Strong knowledge of
Microsoft SCCM (Current Branch)
deployment, patching, and troubleshooting.
Solid understanding of
Active Directory
,
DNS
,
DHCP
, and
Group Policy Management
.
Experience with
Windows 10/11 and Windows Server (2016/2019)
environments.
Familiarity with
Intune
or
Modern Endpoint Management
is an added advantage.
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
Ability to work independently in a remote support model.

Preferred Certifications:

Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate
Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
CompTIA Security+
or
ITIL Foundation
(preferred)
