IT Support Engineer

As a Technical Support Engineer, your role will involve managing and supporting the entire IT infrastructure. This includes overseeing web hosting and email hosting services, as well as monitoring web hosting panels like C Panel and Plesk Panel. You will be responsible for resolving IT help desk calls and emails, addressing client issues remotely through tools like TeamViewer or providing onsite support when necessary. Your expertise in presenting information to customers and team members will be crucial, along with regularly testing backup and recovery plans. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and Support the Entire IT Infrastructure - Handle Web Hosting and Email Hosting - Monitor Web Hosting Panels like C Panel, Plesk Panel - Resolve IT Help Desk Calls and Emails - Document Installation or Configuration Procedures - Recommend Web Site Improvements and Develop Budgets - Provide Training or Technical Assistance in Web Site Implementation - Evaluate or Recommend System Hardware, Software - Monitor Systems for Intrusions or Denial of Service Attacks - Administer Internet/Intranet Infrastructure Qualifications: - Minimum 1+ years of Technical Support experience in a web development firm or similar role - Proven track record of handling high-pressure environments - Ability to effectively communicate with local and international customers - Strong technical understanding of web technologies In addition to the technical responsibilities, you should possess the following attributes: - Excellent Troubleshooting Skills - Strong Communication Skills (English is a Must) - Ability to Handle Local and International Customers - Attention to Detail - Strategic Thinking This role will require you to utilize your technical expertise and communication skills to effectively manage IT infrastructure and provide support to internal and external stakeholders.,
