Job Description

As an IT Support/Engineer, your role will involve a variety of responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems. Your key responsibilities will include: - Administration and monitoring of backup systems. - Installation of CCTV cameras. - Providing remote support via remote assistance or phone. - Diagnosing and resolving technical issues. - Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, network drives, and printers. - Supporting and maintaining MS Server/Desktops and Office 365 applications. - Following up with users to ensure complete resolution of their requests. The qualifications and certifications preferred for this role include: - CCNA certification. - MSCE certification.
