As a highly organized Cybersecurity Officer at AmeriPharma, you will play a crucial role in managing system-wide healthcare compliance, information security, and privacy regulations. Reporting to the Director of Regulatory Affairs, you will be responsible for ensuring regulatory excellence, information security, and adherence to federal and state laws. Your primary focus will be on fostering a culture of accountability, trust, and risk management across all IT infrastructures. Your duties will involve developing and managing a comprehensive cybersecurity program in compliance with regulations such as HITECH, providing cybersecurity support during software and network development, conducting security and risk assessments, and managing annual risk assessments, vulnerability management, and penetration testing. You will also be responsible for implementing security measures, overseeing compliance with patient data protection regulations, and managing cyber threats, incident response, and forensic investigations. To be successful in this role, you must have expertise in HIPAA, HITECH, HITRUST, and cybersecurity frameworks, along with extensive experience in risk management, information security, and regulatory compliance auditing. Strong technical knowledge in network security, cloud security, and identity access management is essential, as well as exceptional communication skills and the ability to make strategic, data-driven decisions in high-pressure environments. You will collaborate with IT teams to improve security controls across cloud, network, and endpoints, lead cybersecurity awareness training programs for employees, align cybersecurity initiatives with business objectives, and innovate in cybersecurity frameworks, AI-driven threat detection, and cloud security. Additionally, you will engage with industry leaders and regulatory bodies on emerging cybersecurity threats and develop and test software applications using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CISSP, CCNA, MSCE, or MCSD. A minimum of 4 years of experience in Engineering, Software Engineering, or related fields is required, as well as proficiency in cybersecurity tools and platforms. Role & responsibilities Drive Dynamics CE implementations through all project phases, including discovery, definition, build, test, and deploy. Effectively manage associated issues and risks and ensure on-time and on-budget implementation delivery that meets clients' needs and requirements. Lead data-centric discussions with the client through discovery meetings. Design and lead the system architecture process, in partnership with the Development Team, to create, define specifications for and implement customizations for any custom code or data migration requirements. Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation. Develop and continue to refine CE implementation standards and tools. Present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution Evaluate various data issues and analytical needs Strong Dynamics/Power Platform Knowledge Knowledge on Dynamics Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Project Service. Strong knowledge of ASP.NET/.NET Core, JavaScript, CRM 365 SDK, HTML/CSS Ability to generate Technical Specifications based on functional specifications. Strong understanding of Power Platform Architecture and Various Integration Mechanism Enhance/ Customize Dynamics CRM for based on customer requirements. Develop Modern Web Applications integrated with the Power Platform using ASP.NET, AngularJS, Web API. Setup Custom Code Repository for Team Member Setup DevOps Pipeline for Solution Migration Design and Document Integration, Data Migration , ALM Strategy Experience in analyzing Salesforce business processes, working with Apex code, and developing migration strategies for Dynamics. Ensure Code coverage and unit tests for every component or task. Ensure that code is testable and is tested. Execute unit testing for the new functionality developed. Preferred candidate profile Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development skills : Configurations/customization C#, WEBAPI, MVC, .NET Complex Plug-ins PCF Data Migration SFDC to Dynamics Migration Actions JavaScript JSON JQuery Azure Base Integration Qualification: Strong CE industry and product knowledge 3 or more years designing and delivering D365 solutions with various integration strategies. 5 or more years implementing Dynamics/Power Platform Solutions Excellent presentation, communication, leadership and client development skills to effectively present information to C-level management, public groups and/or board of directors Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to quality, self-motivation and a strong desire to succeed Ability to work in a fast paced environment driven by agile methodologies SPRINT with daily SCRUM. Strong Microsoft Dynamics CRM technical knowledge like Plugin, PCF, PowerApps Portal, Custom Action, Web Resource, DevOps Integration, Power Automate Strong Knowledge in Power Platform Strong OOP Skills and a very good understanding of the .NET framework, Web Applications, Web Servers, CSS Knowledge on Power BI, Azure Development, and ADF would be advantageous. CCNA/ MSCE/MCP/ ITIL Foundation/ ITSM,Should possess valid CCNA certification with hands on 4-5 years experience of managing large user network. Should be strong on managing Enterprise network for Mid level of IT Network setup. Should have sound knowledge of support Datacenter multiple technologies such as Microsoft (AD, Exchange, Skype for Business, MS SharePoint), VMWare, Citrix, Storages (Netbackup, CommVault), Servers, etc. and their inter-relationships. Should possess expert level knowledge as well as hands on experience in minimum 2 technologies platforms from above mentioned technologies.
