Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Provide
technical support
to end-users for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot
Windows/Linux/macOS
operating systems.
Maintain and upgrade desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Troubleshoot
LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, and network connectivity
issues.
Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT security policies.
Assist in configuring and maintaining
routers, switches, and firewalls
.
Perform software installations, updates, and patch management.
Document IT incidents, solutions, and procedures for future reference.
Coordinate with vendors for IT asset procurement and maintenance.
Support IT infrastructure and ensure
minimum downtime
for business operations.

Preferred candidate profile

3-8 years
of experience in
desktop support & networking
.
Strong knowledge of
Windows/Linux/macOS
environments.
Hands-on experience with
networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, etc.)
.
Ability to troubleshoot
hardware and software issues
efficiently.
Familiarity with
Active Directory, Office 365, and remote desktop tools
.
Experience with
firewall configurations, routers, and switch management
is a plus.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
IT certifications like
CCNA, CompTIA A+, or MCSA
will be an added advantage.
