Job Role : IT Support/ Admin Experience Level: 2+ year Location: Bangalore, Karnataka (On-site). Job Overview: We are in search of a talented and experienced Copy Lead to join our Digital Marketing team. As a Copy Lead, you will be a key player in shaping the brand voice and ensuring the consistent delivery of compelling copy across various channels. Your role will involve leading a team of copywriters, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and creating impactful messaging that resonates with our target audience. Responsibilities : The job will involve the following responsibilities: Provide first and second-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, and network issues. Administer user accounts, email systems, and ensure data security and backups. Manage IT assets, licenses, and ensure timely maintenance and upgrades. Coordinate with IT and office vendors; handle contract management and service follow-ups. Oversee procurement of IT equipment and office supplies; manage purchase orders and price comparisons. Track invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain accurate billing records. Support office operations including facilities, supplies, and administrative processes. Maintain documentation for IT and admin operations, and assist in budget tracking. Skills Required Solid understanding of computer systems, networks, and software troubleshooting. Strong administrative skills, especially in procurement, vendor management, and billing. Proficient with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and office productivity tools. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
