IT Supply Chain Manager

You will be responsible for leading the design and architecture of decision intelligence (DI) roadmaps within the Supply Chain Planning domain. Your role will involve translating program goals into actionable functional specifications and guiding delivery teams through analytics, data integration, and decision automation. Additionally, you will mentor and coach architects on scalable solution design and best practices, collaborate across domains to identify cross-skill relationships, and ensure seamless solution delivery. As a Manager, IT Supply Chain Planning Capabilities, you will drive stakeholder engagement and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership. You should have at least 8 years of experience delivering complex supply chain IT solutions, with a preference for Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience. Your background should include IT consulting and working with systems such as ERP, OMP, O9, WMS, and OTM. Expertise in data modelling, integration, and analytics dashboard creation is essential for this role. You should have a strong grasp of Agile methodologies and software implementation life cycles. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are crucial for successful collaboration with various teams and domains. Knowledge of supply chain KPIs and decision modelling will be beneficial. Ideally, you should hold a Bachelors or Masters degree in Supply Chain, Computer Science, Statistics, or Data Science. This role is based in Ahmedabad, with the option to work from the office. The compensation for this position ranges from 28 to 34 LPA, with a 20% variable component.,
