IT Specialist

As a Cloud Infrastructure Engineer with extensive experience in Open Source and Red Hat OpenStack cloud environments, your primary responsibility will be to design, deploy, and automate private/hybrid cloud infrastructures using Ansible and Ceph storage systems. You will play a crucial role in architecting and managing scalable, secure cloud infrastructure utilizing Red Hat OpenStack and Ceph. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement automation solutions using Ansible, Python, and Bash to streamline cloud operations effectively. - Perform full-stack deployment and lifecycle management of OpenStack services - Lead infrastructure upgrades, security patching, and VM provisioning with robust governance - Monitor performance and utilization with proactive capacity planning and alerts tuning - Engage in root cause analysis with OEMs and apply production-grade fixes and optimizations - Mentor peers and enhance operational efficiency through best practices and documentation To excel in this position, you should possess: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering - At least 8 years of experience in Red Hat RHEL Linux, Opensource/RHOSP cloud stacks - Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, OpenShift - Expertise in automation and scripting using Python, Bash, and Ansible - Experience in virtualization (KVM, VMware), Ceph storage, and Linux system administration It would be advantageous if you have knowledge in networking.
