Job Title: IT Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Manage Microsoft 365 platform, including user accounts, licenses, and security settings.
• Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange servers.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and update software applications.
• Ensure data security, backups, and compliance.
• Perform regular system audits and recommend upgrades.
• Collaborate with teams to implement IT solutions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Microsoft Exchange and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, and networks.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Ability to work independently and resolve issues promptly.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant IT certifications preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Wanowarie, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Software troubleshooting: 3 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft 365: 2 years (Preferred)
