Job Description

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum experience of 6+ years in IT Sourcing and procurement role.
Should have experience in Vendor negotiation, identification and contract negotiations.
Should know about executing RFPs and RFIs under direction of Docusign Senior Sourcing Managers
Building out bid analysis documents
Scheduling RFx meetings
Monitoring RFx timelines
Direct negotiations on renewals for in scope spend areas
Coordinating on sourcing projects under direction of Sourcing Manager
Providing Buy Desk for lower complexity, lower spend sourcing execution Category Management Plan Development (upon request)
Spend Analysis o Creation of Pricing Database for all purchases organized by category - rate cards per location, unit pricing per supplier/SKU, etc.
Levels- TL/TM/SDM
