2. Act as a liaison between recruiters, candidates, interviewers, and hiring managers to ensure timely and accurate communication.
3. Maintain recruitment trackers, calendars, and scheduling tools to support a streamlined process.
4. Manage last-minute changes and rescheduling with professionalism and urgency.
5. Provide logistical support, including calendar invitations, interview links, room bookings, and interviewer availability.
6. Collaborate with recruiters and sourcers to support a positive candidate and stakeholder experience.
7. Ensure compliance with internal scheduling guidelines and confidentiality policies.
8. Support continuous improvement by identifying scheduling inefficiencies and suggesting process enhancements.
