Job Summary

Workday Integration Developer

Key Responsibilities

Integration Design & Development

• Design and develop

  inbound and outbound Workday integrations

  using

  Workday Studio

  .
• Build and maintain integrations across

  Workday HCM (Core HCM, Payroll, Time Tracking)

  and

  Workday Financials

  .
• Develop

  Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

  integrations for data loads and extracts.
• Create and manage

  complex custom reports and calculated fields

  to support integrations.
• Develop and maintain

  XSLT transformations

  for data mapping and formatting.

Workday Financials (FIN) Responsibilities

• Build integrations supporting

  Workday Financial modules

  , including:
• Financial Accounting & General Ledger
  
• Procure-to-Pay (Suppliers, Invoices, Payments)
  
• Expenses
  
• Assets
  
• Banking & Settlement
  
• Handle

  financial data integrations

  such as:
• Journal uploads and extracts
  
• Supplier and customer master data
  
• Expense and payment files
  
• Bank statements and settlement files
  
• Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to understand accounting and reporting requirements.
  

Testing, Deployment & Support

• Lead and participate in

  design workshops, requirement discovery, and solution walkthroughs

  .
• Drive

  Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

  .
• Perform

  integration monitoring, error analysis, and triaging

  in production.
• Provide

  post–go-live support and enhancements

  .

Required Skills & Experience

Must-Have Skills

• 8–10years of hands-on experience in

  Workday Integrations

• Strong expertise in:
  

• Workday Studio (Inbound & Outbound)

• EIB (Inbound & Outbound)

• Custom Reports &

  Calculated Fields

• Complex XSLT

• Workday Core Connectors
  
• Proven experience integrating

  Workday HCM and Workday Financials

• Strong understanding of

  finance and accounting concepts

Good to Have

• Workday

  PECI

• Workday Prism Analytics

• BIRT reporting

• Financial data loads via EIB
  
• Experience with banking formats (ACH, SEPA, etc.)
  

Consulting & Soft Skills

• Strong client-facing and consulting skills
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication
  
• Ability to lead requirement discovery and design sessions
  
• Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability
