Job Description

Role Overview: As an IT Infrastructure Vendor Operations Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing vendor operations, licensing, budgeting, and asset lifecycle. You will play a crucial role in identifying and evaluating vendors for IT infrastructure services, negotiating contracts, handling budgeting tasks, and ensuring compliance with legal matters. Your role will also involve coordinating vendor activities, monitoring service delivery performance, and managing various operational tasks related to procurement and asset management. Key Responsibilities: - Vendor Management: - Identify and evaluate vendors for IT infrastructure services. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms. - Handle end-to-end vendor onboarding and MDM setup. - Manage vendor compliance, legal matters, and grievance resolution. - Coordinate vendor activities and monitor service delivery performance. - Requirement gathering and documentation. - Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO). - Budget & Financial Management: - Assist in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation. - Plan budgets for new projects and requirements. - Monitor budget utilization across projects and procurement. - Operational Tasks: - Create and manage PRPO requests. - Maintain access to operational tools like Tally, SAP, NewGen, and Brain Tool. - License Management: - Track and maintain license inventory. - Oversee license renewal processes. - Allocate licenses and ensure optimal utilization. - Audit & Compliance: - Coordinate internal and external audits. - Manage closure and certification of VAPT. - Asset Management: - Onboard and offboard IT assets. - Maintain and update Fixed Asset Register. - Allocate and re-allocate assets to end-users. - Coordinate asset repairs, decommissioning, and issue resolution. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, vendor management, or related domains. - Strong knowledge of procurement processes, compliance, and budgeting. - Good understanding of IT asset and license management. Key Skills Required: - Vendor negotiation and relationship management. - Financial planning and budget monitoring. - Legal and compliance handling. - Strong communication and coordination abilities. - Analytical and problem-solving skills. - Attention to detail and process orientation.,
