As an IT Infrastructure Vendor Operations Manager, your role involves managing vendor operations, licensing, budgeting, and asset lifecycle to ensure seamless IT operational support and governance. You will be responsible for end-to-end vendor coordination, legal and compliance matters, budgeting activities, and access/license management. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and evaluate vendors for various IT infrastructure services. - Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors. - Handle end-to-end vendor onboarding, including MDM setup. - Manage vendor compliance, legal liabilities, and grievance resolution. - Coordinate vendor activities and monitor service delivery performance. - Gather requirements and document them effectively. - Create and manage Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO). - Assist in Annual Operating Plan (AOP) creation and budget planning for new projects. - Monitor budget utilization across projects and procurement activities. - Create and manage PRPO requests in procurement tools. - Maintain access to operational tools such as Tally, SAP, NewGen, and Brain Tool. - Track and maintain the inventory of licenses. - Oversee license renewal processes and timelines. - Allocate licenses to relevant users and ensure optimal utilization. - Coordinate internal and external audits, including evidence gathering. - Manage closure and certification of VAPT. - Onboard and offboard IT assets as per organizational policy. - Maintain and update Fixed Asset Register (FAR). - Allocate and re-allocate assets to end-users. - Coordinate asset repairs, decommissioning, and issue resolution with vendors/OEM/Group IT. Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field. - 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, vendor management, or related domains. - Strong knowledge of procurement processes, compliance, and budgeting. - Good understanding of IT asset and license management.
