IT Service Desk Analyst

Experience- 2-5 years

Excellent communication skills.

Experience in handling P1, P2, P3, P4 tickets.

Provide support for Outlook, Office365, and Windows desktops

Deep Understanding of OST, PST, ITIL

Perform hardware and basic network troubleshooting

Manage Tickets, SLAs, incident resolution, and service requests

Deliver remote and on-site technical support

Conduct root cause analysis and resolve escalations

Handle desktop patching, updates, domain joins, and group policy implementations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
