About The Role
This is an Immediate Requirement (Looking for Immediate to max. 1 Month Notice Period ) RoleService Delivery Manager LocationOnly Bangalore- Kodathi MandatoryExcellent English communication, Managed multiple high Pacd Global Projects, Managd a team of minimum 100+ Dirct/Indirect reportees, Managed avg. Ticket inflow of 20K Plu/Month Here are few JD points for an SDM. I will share the updated JD which you can upload to the indent

Own MBR from Triage Engineering Progress

Top 3 task drivers, & resolution plans

Are tickets going up or down, etc

Own Client SLA's

Single point of contact for Customer

Owns single team group Strategy across all tech within that Team Group

Provides Engineering Insights to the Technical Debt

How do we make the overall product stack have less defects

Write requirements when missing & partner with Meta as needed

Root Cause analysis, Consulting, PMO consistency follow up and client management

SDM needs experience working in a high transaction environment. The preference would be from a Call Center environment, but working in high volume IT Service Delivery would be OK as well. I find that a lot of IT Service Delivery teams would struggle to meet the Customer Service demands of Meta, however. So that is why I think a leader from a Call Center/Technical Support type work history would help a lot. Mandatory Skills:
