Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Vulnerability Assessments (VA) for both infrastructure and containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Use vulnerability scanning tools such as

  Tenable.sc

  ,

  Nessus

  , and container security tools like

  Prisma Cloud

  to identify, assess, and mitigate risks in both environments.
• Prioritize remediation based on risk ratings (CVE, CVSS) and collaborate with operational teams for patching and vulnerability resolution.
• Generate detailed vulnerability reports, recommend security fixes, and track remediation progress across both infrastructure and containerized environments.
• Automate vulnerability management tasks to improve efficiency, leveraging security automation tools.
• Stay updated on zero-day vulnerabilities, specifically those impacting infrastructure and containerized systems, and advise on mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with IT, Business, and Development teams to remediate vulnerabilities in both traditional infrastructure and containerized environments.
• Maintain up-to-date security documentation and vulnerability management knowledge base, ensuring proper governance.

• Experience with Prisma Cloud

  for container security and other container runtime security tools is highly desirable.

Skills & Experience:

• Strong expertise in

  Vulnerability Management (VM)

  for both VM and container environments.
• Hands-on experience with

  Tenable.sc

  ,

  Nessus

  ,

  Prisma Cloud

  , and other container runtime security tools.
• Deep knowledge of

  CVE

  ,

  CVSS

  , and

  OWASP

  in both infrastructure and containerized environments.
• Experience with security automation tools and incident analysis in both VM and container contexts.
• Strong understanding of container security best practices, including monitoring, scanning, and securing container runtimes and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
