Job Title: IT Sales and Marketing Manager Location: Patna Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1+ Years in IT Sales and Marketing Industry: Information Technology / Software Services Reporting To: Director / CEO Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing strategic marketing plans, acquiring new business, and nurturing existing client relationships within the IT and software services industry. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business goals. Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation. Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their needs and provide appropriate IT solutions. Collaborate with technical and development teams to prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to identify opportunities. Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team to achieve individual and team targets. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience (1+ years) in sales and marketing within the IT/software industry. Strong knowledge of B2B sales, IT products, and software services. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and lead a team. Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing platforms. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in international sales or exposure to global markets. Certifications in Digital Marketing or Sales will be an added advantage.
