Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven IT Sales Executive with experience in selling websites, basic digital marketing services, and software solutions. The ideal candidate should be a confident communicator, have a good understanding of digital products, and be eager to close deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients through outbound calls, emails, networking, and online platforms.
  • Present and sell company services including website development, digital marketing packages, and software solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
  • Maintain client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and follow-up on leads.
  • Keep track of leads, conversions, and sales activities in the CRM.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in IT, websites, and digital marketing.

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Basic understanding of websites, SEO, social media marketing, and software solutions.
  • Ability to present technical products in simple, client-friendly terms.
  • Good negotiation and closing skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • 1–3 years of sales experience in IT products or services.
  • Experience in website sales, digital marketing, or software selling preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in outbound calling or lead generation.
  • Understanding of WordPress, e-commerce platforms, or SaaS products.
  • Knowledge of online sales platforms like LinkedIn Sales Navigator or Upwork.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
