Location: Noida / Delhi NCR (On-site)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Fixed) + Incentives

We are looking for a passionate and target-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team and help scale our client base across industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media outreach

• Pitch our digital services to potential clients including Website Design, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Mobile Apps, and ORM

• Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to understand business needs and propose tailored digital solutions

• Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools

• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients

• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs

• Collaborate with internal teams (design, tech, marketing) to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction

Required Skills:

• 1–3 years of experience in IT Sales, Digital Marketing Sales, or Business Development
• Strong understanding of digital services like SEO, SMM, website design, and app development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
• Self-motivated, energetic, and goal-oriented
