We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, and converting them into qualified sales opportunities. If you are confident, persuasive, and skilled in communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research.Understand customer requirements and present suitable IT solutions and services.Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-ups to drive conversions.Prepare and send emails, proposals, and quotations to clients.Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales pipeline in CRM.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for effective sales strategy.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong negotiation and convincing abilitiesProven ability in lead generation and cold callingProficiency in email drafting and client communicationStrong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with clientsAbility to work independently in a remote setupBasic understanding of IT services or products (preferred)
