We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our growing IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, engaging with prospects, and converting them into qualified sales opportunities. If you are confident, persuasive, and skilled in communication. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and online research. Understand customer requirements and present suitable IT solutions and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients. Follow up on leads and conduct regular follow-ups to drive conversions. Prepare and send emails, proposals, and quotations to clients. Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales pipeline in CRM. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Coordinate with the technical and marketing teams for effective sales strategy. Required Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation and convincing abilities Proven ability in lead generation and cold calling Proficiency in email drafting and client communication Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with clients Ability to work independently in a remote setup Basic understanding of IT services or products (preferred) Basic understanding of IT services or products (preferred), Proven ability in lead generation and cold calling, Strong negotiation and convincing abilities, Excellent verbal and written communication skills Location: Remote- Bengaluru,Hyderabad,Delhi / NCR,Chennai,Pune,Kolkata,Ahmedabad,Mumbai
