IT Sales Executive

Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic and goal-oriented freshers to join our team as Sales Executives. The selected candidates will undergo a 3-month internship and will be offered a performance-based salary upon successful completion. Key Responsibilities Understand company products/services and communicate their value to potential clients Generate leads through various channels including cold calling, field visits, and networking Meet and exceed sales targets on a regular basis Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction Provide regular reports and updates to the sales manager Participate in training and development activities Requirements Master’s degree in any discipline (Business/Marketing preferred but not mandatory) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong desire to build a career in sales Self-motivated and target-driven Willingness to learn and adapt
