Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and technically proficient Project Manager to lead and manage software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in C# and ASP.NET, along with proven experience in handling end-to-end project delivery, team coordination, and client communication. Key Responsibilities:Plan, execute, and manage software development projects within scope, budget, and timeline. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA, and business analysts. Translate client requirements into detailed project plans and technical deliverables. Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion. Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders and provide transparent project updates. Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies. Ensure adherence to coding standards, quality assurance, and security protocols. Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 8–10 years of total experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a project management role. Strong hands-on experience with C# and ASP.NET. Proven ability to lead software teams and deliver successful projects. Solid understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC), Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum certification is a plus.
